Grubhub, GrubHub, Grumptious, and the ‘Star Wars’ Movie: 10 Things to Know
We got the first official look at a trailer for the upcoming film Star Wars: Episode VIII.
The film is slated to arrive in theaters on December 15, 2018, followed by a worldwide release on December 17.
It was originally released on December 8, 2017, but Disney released the first footage of the movie in late 2018, and it was released in early 2019.
We’ve also seen some footage of a new scene from the movie, which you can see above.
It shows a couple in a grocery store.
The man says, “Hey, I want to be an actor.”
The woman says, I’ll just call you Grub, so you know who she’s talking about.
This is actually pretty new, but it’s a pretty cool thing to see.
We also got a first look at the new character of Luke Skywalker, who will be played by newcomer Carrie Fisher.
Fisher’s character will be an orphan who joins the Resistance, which is a rebel movement in the film.
The Resistance, according to Disney, are “the most feared, feared people in the galaxy.”
The first trailer for Star Wars Episode VIII, which hits theaters on Dec. 15, shows a little bit of everything we already know about the film: we see a lot of new characters, and we’ll see the first time Rey’s dad is a stormtrooper.
But we don’t get a look at Finn yet.
