According to research company eMarketer, banks are seeing more than 50% of their posts on social media promoting bank promotions this year, with some companies including Barclays, Nationwide and Santander taking to social media to encourage people to sign up for bank promotions via their accounts.

Santander said it was one of the first banks to start doing this.

The bank has more than 500 million accounts worldwide, and said it had more than 5 million people sign up to the bank’s promotional offers in the first quarter of this year.

A spokesperson for Santander said the bank was excited to be able to reach more people.

“We believe it is important to encourage new members to sign-up for bank promotion and our marketing efforts have been working as planned.

We have also been working closely with our members to promote bank promotion through our social media channels and we look forward to continuing to do so,” the spokesperson said.

In terms of the bank promotion job postings, Barclays has seen a surge in interest, with nearly 70% of its bank promotions posts on the platform since March 2017.

The spokesperson for Nationwide said the company had seen a lot of interest in its bank promotion posts, with more than 40% of posts from the bank promoting bank promotion this year compared to last year.

“Nationwide is proud to have been able to tap into the passion and enthusiasm for bank promotional posts that has been growing with our recent promotional announcements and our continued expansion,” Nationwide said in a statement.

“For our bank promotion teams, it’s important to focus on delivering targeted, relevant and exciting content and to use social media as a key platform for that.”
