Now, it’s been reported that one man has been charged with solicitation of a person under 18 and is in jail.
The Utah State Attorney’s Office says a man was arrested Thursday in connection with the sale of an iPad, which was valued at $1,100.
The arrest comes after the Utah State Department of Child Services began investigating the online sale of the iPad, the state attorney’s office said.
According to the department, the man sold the iPad to a minor who was 17 at the time of the sale.

The woman was the one to purchase the iPad.
Huntington Police say they believe the sale was illegal.
They say the iPad was returned to the man who purchased it.
Huntsville police say the man has not been identified.
The Utah Department of Corrections released a statement saying that they are aware of the arrest, but it’s not yet known if the man will be charged.
Huntersville police said they are not aware of any charges being filed.
