Return & Refund Policy
At MerchMindset, every product is made to order through our print-on-demand partner. Because of this, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, size issues, or incorrect orders placed by the customer. Please double-check your size, color, and order details before completing your purchase.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or with a manufacturing error, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We’ll work with our production partner to provide a free replacement or a full refund.
Order Not Received
If your package is lost in transit or never arrives, please contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date. After reviewing the case, we’ll either resend the item or issue a refund.
What We Don’t Cover
- Incorrect size, color, or style ordered by the customer.
- Buyer’s remorse or change of mind after the order is placed.
- Delays caused by the shipping carrier.
