At MerchMindset, every item is made to order through our print-on-demand partner. Below you’ll find details about our order processing times, shipping methods, and delivery expectations.
1. Order Processing
- All orders are processed and sent to production within 1–2 business days.
- Since products are custom-made, production times may vary depending on the item and demand.
- Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.
2. Shipping Times
- Once your order has been produced, it will be shipped to your address.
- Estimated shipping times:
United States: 3–5 business days
Europe: 5–10 business days
Canada: 5–10 business days
Australia & New Zealand: 7–14 business days
Rest of the World: 10–20 business days - Please note that these are estimates and may vary due to customs, local postal delays, or other factors outside our control.
3. Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the products in your order.
- From time to time, we may offer free or discounted shipping promotions.
4. Tracking Your Order
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number (when available).
- Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
5. Incorrect Shipping Information
- Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.
- If an incorrect address is provided, MerchMindset is not responsible for lost or undelivered packages.
6. Delayed or Lost Packages
- While most orders arrive within the estimated timeframes, shipping delays can occur due to carrier issues or customs processing.
- If your package has not arrived within 15 days of the estimated delivery date, please contact us at hello@merchmindset.com for assistance.
7. Customs, Duties & Taxes
- International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes imposed by your country.
- These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the product or shipping cost.
